This newly renovated villa boasts large (15 MIL-almost totally soundproof) windows throughout. There is a multitude of outdoor terraces and balconies with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The side patio off the main living area has a private hot tub with amazing ocean views for those chilly winter nights in Cabo
The main living area is spacious and well furnished, with comfortable seating, 2 dinning areas, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils and cookware needed for gourmet cooking.
Guests will have access to the resort`s amenities , which includes multiple swimming pools, a spa and fitness center, direct beach access, on-site restaurant, and concierge services.

Summary: The unit was perfect for our stay. It was close to downtown, yet the pool and resort didn’t feel over crowded. Property concierge was helpful with shuttles, tee times and the like. The unit had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
